Desert Team Building in Dubai: Desert Survivors
Desert Survivors is an outdoor corporate team-building programme in the Dubai desert, designed for corporate groups of 30-100 participants. Teams rotate through survival-inspired missions led by game masters and different challenges, solving codes, building working constructions, testing communication skills and competing against one another in a dynamic desert environment.

Desert Survivors
Out in the desert, comfort disappears and teamwork becomes your most valuable resource. Desert Survivors challenges teams to think fast, communicate clearly and find solutions together as they move through a series of survival-inspired missions.
Some challenges are completed head-to-head with other teams and guided by game masters; others must be solved independently after decoding instructions and figuring out how the equipment works. Participants may build a working water filter, construct a bridge without nails or glue, try to communicate through an almost impossible drawing task, or complete a mission while seeing the world literally upside down. Between challenges, quick-fire questions about the desert and the UAE keep the competition moving.
Every mission tests something different — communication, creativity, problem-solving, trust and the ability to act as one team. And in the desert, there is nowhere for teamwork to hide.

Missions
Sample missions
Real missions from this programme. The full set is written for each client.
Leonardo's Bridge
The team's task is to build a bridge without using any nails or glue.
Water filter
Using a diagram and a set of items, make a camping water filter. But not only do it, but also filter the maximum amount of water through it in a certain time.
Upside down
Wearing a special goggle mask that inverts human vision upside down, each of the team’s participants must approach the canvas. On the canvas, they connect three enumerated dots with a line using a marker, then take off the goggle and pass them to the next player. This is a challenge of unusual perception of space. At the end we will see a picture in the canvas.
Quize challange
Between missions, team will meet with Game Moderator and have a short quiz with interesting questions about desert, UAE and etc. They will give answers by putting a tick in front of right (on their opinion) answer on each question.
