Team building in Dubai and the UAE
SL PEOPLE designs and runs corporate team building programmes in Dubai and across the UAE for groups of up to 250 participants. Every programme is tablet-led, built on our own game platform, rewritten for the client, and delivered by our own crew — indoors, across the city, or in open desert.

Desert Survivors is an outdoor team-building adventure where teams take on survival-inspired challenges in the Dubai desert. Communication, ingenuity and teamwork are put to the test through hands-on missions, unusual equipment and head-to-head competition.
02Survival team building· OutdoorThe Revival Era
Resources are running out and only the strongest survive. Clans race across the wasteland with tablets, props and two hours to save what is left - and their score is turned into trees planted in the UAE.
03Digital quest · CityDesert Rose Light
An immersive digital treasure hunt through Old Dubai, where teams explore Emirati history and culture through clues, ciphers, sensory challenges and live missions. Guided by a tablet with the game app, they race to recover the legendary Desert Rose artifact.
04Digital quest · CityDesert rose
An interactive team-building quest through Old Dubai, combining a tablet-led treasure hunt with live challenges hosted by game masters. Teams decode clues, explore Emirati culture and take on interactive missions as they race to recover the legendary Desert Rose.
05Digital quest · Indoor|OutdoorMission Possible
A tablet-led spy quest where your team works as special agents: crack the switchboard, read the audio streams, collect the code and stop a hacker attack on the company servers.
06Indoor team experience · DubaiPuzzle Challenge
Teams take on clear roles and race to assemble large-scale puzzles through live events, blackouts and hidden codes - and in the finale every team's fragment connects into one shared picture.
07Business game · Project managementDrive to Win
Teams build remote-controlled race cars from each other's documentation and race them at the end. The real test is not the track - it is everything that happens before it.
