Mission Possible: a digital spy quest for corporate teams in Dubai
Mission Possible is a digital quest team building programme that SL PEOPLE EVENTS runs for corporate teams in Dubai and across the UAE. Teams become special-operations agents with one shared task: stop a hacker attack on the company's servers. Each team works from a tablet with our own game app, which holds the route, the search tasks and the interactive missions run by game masters on location. Every step is a test of logic, speed and coordination - and the finale is a race against the attackers. The programme runs in English, indoors or outdoors, for groups of 20 to 150 people, and takes 2-2,5 hours.

Mission Possible
The company is standing at the edge of a new chapter. The plans are big, the potential is there, and the only thing that decides how fast it happens is whether the team is ready to move together.
Then the alert comes in. Hackers are attacking the company's servers, and the people who can stop them are all in this room.
From that moment the group is no longer a group. It is a set of special-operations units, each with a tablet, a captain and a route. Every task on that route is a test of logic, speed and coordination, and every task completed hands over a piece of the code.
The finale is a straight race. No single person can win it — only collective intelligence and a clear head under time pressure get the system back.

How the quest runs
How the quest runs
Five stages, from the palm print to the final code.
- 01Teams are formed
We split the group using our own software and a palm-print system. It takes minutes, it is fair, and it already puts people inside the story instead of leaving them to pick their usual colleagues.
- 02Captains are elected
Each team chooses its own captain - the person who will keep the unit moving towards the goal and make the calls when the clock is running.
- 03Tablets are handed out
Every team receives a tablet with our game app. Inside it: the detailed route, the search tasks and every interactive mission waiting at the points, where the teams are met by our game masters.
- 04The route
Teams move from point to point, working with props, gadgets and agents on location. Some tasks are solved with the hands, some inside the app, some on foot across the territory. Each one completed hands over letters and numbers.
- 05The final race
On the last location every team has five minutes to decrypt the code they have collected and enter it into the programme on the laptop to stop the attack. The team that does it first wins.
Missions
Sample missions
The exact set is built around your venue and the size of your group. These are the ones teams talk about afterwards.
The switchboard
A hard case packed with toggle switches, LEDs and a keypad, and no instruction of any kind. The team has to work out what the switches actually do, use them to assemble code digits and words, and type those into the keypad to open the case. The decoded words then point to one final concept - all of it against the timer.
Audio streams
Sound sources are placed all around the point. Each one carries a single thought, and at first hearing none of them connect to anything. The team splits up, collects every fragment, puts them side by side and works towards one single answer: what is inside the black box?
World maps
Numbered maps carrying statistics, and a form full of possible descriptions. Match each map to its description before time runs out.
World maps
Large numbered world maps are laid out across the location, each one showing statistics on a different subject. The team has a form with many possible descriptions and limited time to match every map to the right one. Reading them alone is not enough - the answers have to be compared.
QR codes
Dozens of QR codes, all of them to be scanned. Each one returns an image, and the images look completely unrelated until the team finds the logic behind the set and names the title hidden inside it.
Search tasks on the ground
Agents do not only work with props and game masters. On the route they also work alone: find a hidden art object and work out what makes it different, answer an encrypted question, reach a point by coordinates, read the markings on a map, capture photo or video evidence.
What we adapt for you
- The venue. The route is built for your location: a hotel, an office, a business centre, a park or a city district in Dubai.
- Your brand inside the game. The picture the teams draw upside down can be your logo. The words they decode can come from your company's own language.
- The scale. The number of teams and the length of the route follow the size of your group and the time you have.
- The final code. It can be your slogan, the name of a product you are launching or the theme of the event.

FAQ
What is Mission Possible?
Mission Possible is a digital quest team building programme for corporate teams in Dubai and the UAE. Teams work as special-operations agents, solving coded missions from a tablet to stop a hacker attack on the company's servers, and finish with a timed race to decrypt the final code.
How many people can take part?
The programme runs for groups from 20 to 150 people, split into teams of 3 to 16.
How long does it take?
The active part takes about 2 hours, plus 30 minutes for arrival and briefing.
Is it an indoor or an outdoor team building?
Both. The route is built around your venue: it works indoors in a hotel, an office or a business centre, and it works outdoors in a park or along a city route in Dubai.
Do participants need any technical skills?
No. Everything runs from a tablet with a simple game app, and a game master meets the teams at every point. The missions are built on logic, attention and communication, not on IT knowledge, so the whole office can take part on equal terms.
Can Mission Possible be branded for our company?
Yes. The logo the teams draw, the words they decode and the final code itself can all be built around your brand, your product launch or the message of the event.
How do we book Mission Possible in Dubai?
Send us the date, the number of participants and the venue you have in mind, and we will come back with a route, a timing and a quote.
